QurbaniBazaar ("we", "our", "us") operates qurbanibazaar.store. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our platform.
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. When you post a listing, we collect your listing details including your WhatsApp phone number, city, and animal information. We do not collect payment information — all payments are processed securely by Razorpay.
We use your information to display your listings to buyers, allow buyers to contact you via WhatsApp or phone, send you administrative emails about your listings (such as report alerts), and prevent fraud and misuse of the platform.
When you post a listing, your seller name, city, area, and listing details are visible to all visitors. Your phone number is only revealed when a buyer taps "WhatsApp" or "Call" on your listing. Your email address is never shown publicly.
Your data is stored securely on Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers in Mumbai, India. Images you upload are stored in AWS S3. Listing data is stored in AWS DynamoDB. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as required by law.
We use browser local storage to remember your login session so you don't have to sign in every visit. We do not use tracking cookies. Google Sign-In may set its own cookies as part of the authentication process, governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
We use Google Sign-In for authentication (governed by Google's Privacy Policy), Razorpay for payment processing (governed by Razorpay's Privacy Policy), and AWS for hosting and data storage. We display Google AdSense advertisements which may use cookies to show relevant ads.
You can delete your listings at any time from "My Listings". To request deletion of your account and all associated data, email us at [email protected]. We will process deletion requests within 7 business days.
QurbaniBazaar is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

QurbaniBazaar is a classifieds listing platform that connects buyers and sellers of livestock in India. We do not buy, sell, or take possession of any animals. All transactions are directly between buyers and sellers.
Only the following animals may be listed on QurbaniBazaar: Goats, Sheep, Chickens, and Ducks. Listing cattle, cows, buffaloes, or any other animals is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal. All listings must comply with applicable local, state, and national laws of India.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your listings. You must not post fake, misleading, or fraudulent listings. You must not post the same animal multiple times. You are responsible for ensuring any sale complies with applicable laws. You may post a maximum of 10 active listings per account.
The following are strictly prohibited: posting prohibited animals, fraudulent or misleading listings, harassment of other users, attempting to circumvent the platform's systems, using the platform for any illegal activity, and creating multiple accounts to bypass listing limits.
QurbaniBazaar does not verify the health, age, weight, or any other attribute of listed animals. We strongly recommend buyers inspect animals in person before purchase. QurbaniBazaar is not liable for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from transactions between buyers and sellers.
Listing on QurbaniBazaar is always free. The optional ₹49 boost fee for 7-day featured placement is non-refundable once activated. Payments are processed by Razorpay and subject to their terms.
We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms without notice. Reports are sent to our admin for review. Listings are never automatically hidden or removed due to reports — only our admin can take action.
QurbaniBazaar is provided "as is". We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
